Abstract
Aims: The aim of the current study was to determine the role of Avicennia marina’s primary production as well as other food sources in the diet of Longjaw thryssa, Thryssa setirostris (Broussonet, 1782) in an arid mangrove ecosystem using carbon stable isotopes of carbon (δ13C) and nitrogen (δ15N).
Material & Methods: We collected five potential food sources in the ecosystem including fresh and senescent leaves of Avicennia marina, particulate organic matter, microphytobenthos and sediment organic matter for further stable isotope analysis. Additionally, fishes were collected with a combination of set nets and seines. The muscle tissue (boneless and skinned, 5 g) was removed from the dorsum of fish.
Findings: Significant differences were found between carbon and nitrogen isotopes of different food sources (p < 0.05). Although, this was not significant for green and senescent leaves (p > 0.05). The average values of carbon and nitrogen isotopic ratios of T. setirostris were 15.93‰ and 13.01‰, respectively. The SIMMR model showed that the contribution of senescent and fresh leaves in the diet of T. setirostris was 15% and 10%, respectively.
Conclusion: The result of the current study emphasized a limited role for mangrove detritus in the diet of transient fishes in an arid mangrove ecosystem.

Abstract
The present study intends to extend the current ancillary understanding horizons of the developmental theory of individual-differences relationship-based (DIR) framework and emotioncy framework, to investigate aspects of emotioncy tensions that include identity-related attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs by providing "what-to-do" information when enacting identity tensions. Through validating the Student Identity Emotioncy Tension Scale (SIETS), the researchers suggested that social identities are also associated with specific emotional tensions by providing "what-to-feel" information during identity enactment. To do so, a total number of 300 students filled out the scale. In the validation process, statistical procedures were exerted to validate the scale. First, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was used to ascertain the underlying factors. Then, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Communalities were checked for the relevance of component variance. Cronbach’s coefficient was used to check the reliability of the 18 items. The results indicated that the scale can be best explained by a three-factor solution with an acceptable reliability. In the qualitative phase of cognitive interviews, students were interviewed to further examine the quality of the items. In the end, the findings were elucidated and implications for future research and practice were presented.

Abstract
The accumulation and composition of berry anthocyanin was measured in Vitis vinifera L. cv. Yatomi Rosa using various light qualities provided by polyethylene films (red, orange, green, blue, and white). The anthocyanin has been enhanced significantly by blue light filter film and suppressed by red, orange, and green films compared to white film (control), which suggests that Yatomi Rosa has adapted photoreceptors to UV-A/blue light. We also observed that Yatomi Rosa mainly accumulated glucosides of peonidin (Pn). Significant differences in composition of anthocyanin were observed in different light filter films. Despite the use of different light quality films, similar patterns were observed for phenylalanineammonia-lyase (PAL), cinnamate-4-hydroxylase (C4H), 4-coumarate: coenzyme A ligase (4CL), and chalcone isomerase (CHI) activities, which are components of the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway. But the activities of PAL and CHI were induced significantly under blue light filter film, which shows that blue light may increase anthocyanin accumulation in V. vinifera L. by stimulating PAL and CHI activities. The present study confirmed the importance of blue irradiance spectrum in anthocyanin biosynthesis in Yatomi Rosa. The increase of blue light under enough effective transmission light conditions in greenhouses can improve the color of Yatomi Rosa and may be used as a solution to overcome poor berry colors in hot and humid regions of Southern China.

Abstract
In the first step of this study, Anethum graveolens and Nasturtium officinale essential oils prepared with Clevenger apparatus and then, essential oils ingredients evaluated by GC-Mass. Minimum Inhibitory (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) and antioxidant activity of essential oils were evaluated at concentrations of 350, 400, 500, 600 and 650 mg/L during 60 days. Then, encapsulated essential oils of A. graveolens and N. officinale in the mentioned concentrations by maltodextrin and coacervation methods to evaluate morphology and particle size distribution. Finally, to achieve the optimal concentration of essential oils in order to further preserve the probiotic population of Bifidobacterium lactis, the viability of this bacterium in doogh was evaluated for 21 days. In the second step of the study, the effect of adding essential oils on optimal concentration to the product investigated according to dry matter content, pH, acidity, serum separation rate, rheology and sensory evaluation. The results showed the essential oils have high terpene and phenolic content, which caused proper antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. The viscosity, consistency and acidity of the final product increased on the other hand, pH and serum separation rate decreased significantly. Considering the results of sensory evaluation and lack of any negative effects at optilam concentrations of 400 mg/L and 500 mg/L for A. graveolens and N. officinale essential oils, respectively, the possibility of its industrial application can be examined.

Abstract
In recent years, the using of natural materials, along with the using of new technologies, which, in addition to increasing the shelf life, maintain the quality properties and nutritional value of the products, it has become doubly important. The results showed that increasing the duration of storage caused a decreasing in moisture, pH, anthocyanin, phenol, colorimetry and increased weight loss and acidity, the most effect was observed in 21 days of storage. The using of edible coating containing nanochitosan/pectin and S. officinalis decreased weight loss and antioxidant activity and increased anthocyanin, phenol and colorimetry. In 7 days after storage, the least weight loss was 2.3% and in 14 and 21 days after storage, the least weight loss was 4.25 and 5.86% in the treatment of 70 mg/lit pectin with 30 mg/lit of nano chitosan. According to the obtained results, the using of edible coating containing nanochitosan/pectin and S. officinalis especially the treatment of 70 mg/lit of pectin with 30 mg/lit of nano-chitosan, had the most effect in increasing the shelf life of black grapes.

Abstract
Wild pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) could be a source of variation to improve cultivated pepper due to its unique traits with adapting challenges caused by adversity. Interspecific hybridization has been used as an effective way of pepper introgression breeding, which transfers genes of interest from wild relatives to cultivated crops. Here, eight fertile hybrids F1 were produced from pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) and the wild relative (C. frutescens), as female and male, respectively, by interspecific hybridization. Interspecific hybrids were identified using conventional morphological descriptors and SSR molecular markers. The results showed that significant differences in agronomic traits existed among cultivated pepper, wild relatives, and interspecific hybrid F1. Interspecific hybrid F1 presented intermediate values, although they were closer to the wild species in most of the agronomic traits. Analysis of SSR markers clearly showed that interspecific hybrid F1 had bands from the paternal and maternal accessions, which indicated that F1 hybrid was heterozygous. Our results provide hybrid for breeder to transfer genes of interest from wild relative, C. frutescens, to cultivated pepper, which is an important step for introgression breeding.

Abstract
This study applies Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) to assess the impact of climate factors on the collaborative development of agriculture and logistics in Zhejiang, China. The ANN model investigates how average temperature and rainfall from 2017-2022 influence crop yield, water usage, energy demand, logistics efficiency, and economic growth at yearly and seasonal scales. By training the neural network using temperature and rainfall data obtained from ten weather stations, alongside output indicators sourced from statistical yearbooks, the ANN demonstrates exceptional precision, yielding an average R2 value of 0.9725 when compared to real-world outputs through linear regression analysis. Notably, the study reveals climate-induced variations in outputs, with peaks observed in crop yield, water consumption, energy usage, and economic growth during warmer summers that surpass historical norms by 1-2°C. Furthermore, the presence of subpar rainfall ranging from 20-30 mm also exerts an influence on these patterns. Seasonal forecasts underscore discernible reactions to climatic factors, especially during the spring and summer seasons. The findings underscore the intricate relationship between environmental and economic factors, indicating progress in agricultural practices, with vulnerability to short-term climate fluctuations. The study emphasizes the necessity of adapting supply management to address increased water demands and transitioning to clean energy sources due to rising energy consumption. Moreover, optimizing logistics requires strategic seasonal infrastructure planning.
